Magazine Design

Below is a collection of magazines produced during my time as Edition Designer at The News Record (TNR), the student-run magazine at the University of Cincinnati, as well as TNR's Media Kit. All designs were created using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

I was awarded First Place in Page Design in the Ohio News Media Association's 2022 Osman C. Hooper Newspaper Competition for my work. The judges described the magazines as a “professional-grade publication.” My design work was complimented for the unified style of photos, text and graphics, and that the varied page spreads “keep the reader turning the page to see what is next.”
